These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and delivery of goods ordered through the internet store www.dynasit.com. Business Terms and Conditions are defined by the fundamental rights and obligations in the business relationship between the customer and the supplying company YADO s.r.o., Pstruhárska 5, 972 51 Handlová, email: info@dynasit.sk.

Ordering goods
Goods is able to order by phone, electronic way, fax. In case, ordered goods is not in stock and delivery time should exceed 20 working days, the customer will be informed in advance.

Cancellation of order
Customer can change or cancel the order until the moment of its provision. In the case that it is not a contract order - i.e. the product is made according to parameters specified by the customer.

Price of goods
The prices are quoted as final included VAT excluding shipping costs to your destination. The price of the goods is governed by the current price list valid at the time of the order confirmation. For subscriptions over a certain amount, it is possible to agree on individual pricing and payment terms.

Method of payment
The payment for ordered goods can be realize by following ways:

1. COD Cash on delivery
You can apply this type of payment in combination with these types of delivery:
personal pick up
cashier service
direct imports secured by supplier

2. Prepayment
The order will be sent on the day the purchase price (commissioned goods) is credited to the supplier's account, or upon receipt of a credible proof of transaction (a copy of the statement of account or a confirmation order confirmed by the bank)

3. Payment on invoice
YADO s.r.o. reserves the right to determine with which customers the billing payment terms with due date will be agreed.

Acquisition of goods
The goods are considered to be delivered at the time of the transport company. Any incompleteness or incompleteness of the accompanying documents is the customer obliged to notify immediately upon taking over the goods, otherwise the goods are deemed to have been duly delivered. The right of ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser on the day of payment of the purchase price of the goods.

Responsibility for errors and claims
YADO s.r.o. is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative defects which the goods have on delivery to the destination or, respectively, which occur during the warranty period. Any identified defects are the responsibility of the customer to immediately notify the supplier. Accompanying documents relating to the sale of goods:
delivery note
invoice
other document based on individual agreement between supplier and customer i.e. confirmation email

Warranty period
The warranty period is governed by the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic. The warranty expires:
violation of the conditions of use of the goods or their routine maintenance; use of the appliance in contravention of the instructions for use
non-compliance with the technical conditions and instructions for use
unauthorized interference with the sales documents.

Legal information
This website is operated by company YADO s.r.o. It can contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may be incomplete or out of date. For this reason, YADO s.r.o. reserves the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies (even after making binding order) add update, and change the information at any time without previous notice. These errors, inaccuracies or missing data are not related to the prices of the goods.

Protection of personal data

1.) Information system operators are YADO s.r.o, Pstruhárska 5, 972 51 Handlová. Personal data provided by the person concerned are processed in accordance with Act no. 122/2013 Z.z. Act on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.

2.) Based on the created order or registration of the user account, it complies with §10 par. Article 3 (b) an operator authorized to process the personal data provided. The range of data processed is: name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail, subject of purchase, amount of purchase. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to equip an order (closing a purchase contract, making a payment, delivering goods) and related communication
with the person concerned, as well as the keeping of evidence relating to the handling of the claim. The processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with the person concerned is the authorized operator and his employees. The consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data is voluntary and is given for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the operator and the person concerned for the duration of the existence of the user account. The person concerned notes that it is mandatory to provide the personal information correctly and truthfully. The Operator ensures the necessary technical, organizational and personnel measures for the protection of personal data.

In accordance with Section 28 of Act No.122 / 2013 Z.z., the person concerned has the right, based on a written request from the operator, to require in particular:

- confirmation whether or not personal data are processed,
- in a generally comprehensible form, a list of its personal data processed,
- in a generally understandable form, precise information about the source from which it obtained its personal data for the processing,
- correcting or liquidating any incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date personal data that is being processed

3.) By clicking on the appropriate box, the person concerned gives the operator permission to process his / her personal data for promotional and marketing purposes, and at the same time agrees that the operator sends to the person concerned the offer of goods and services, information on discounts and actions in electronic form. Personal data is processed to the extent of: name, surname, e-mail. The consent is granted by the person concerned for a period of 5 years, and the customer is entitled to withdraw this consent before the expiry of the said period, in writing at YADO s.r.o., Pstruhárska 5, 972 51 Handlová or 
by e-mail at info@dynasit.sk. The consent of the person concerned to the processing of personal data is voluntary. The person concerned notes that it is mandatory to provide the personal information correctly and truthfully. The Operator ensures the necessary technical, organizational and personnel measures for the protection of personal data.

The person concerned has, pursuant to §28 of Act No.122 / 2013 Z.z., the right, based on a written request from the seller, to require in particular:
- confirmation whether or not personal data are processed,
- in a generally comprehensible form, a list of its personal data processed,

Final provisions
All legal relations between the supplier and the customer are governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code and generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

The supplier reserves the right to modify these business terms, but the customer need to be notified in advance.

Warranty and delivery terms

Delivery terms:
Shipments are usually dispatched within 7 business days of receipt of order. Delivery costs are not included in the price. The delivery rates listed in the e-shop order form are only valid for delivery within the Slovak Republic. The delivery price in the EU countries is charged based on the current pricing conditions of the shipping companies. The price for delivery outside of the Slovak Republic will be announced individually to customers. We usually hold the goods in sufficient quantity in stock. If the goods are not in stock, you will be notified when you receive the order for unavailability and the expected delivery date so that you can cancel your order. If you decide to cancel the order for unavailability of the goods, and in the meantime you will make a payment to our account, you will be refunded in full.

Warranty:
The warranty period for the goods is 24 months from the date of purchase, except for goods marked as normal consumer goods. Common consumption goods are the product itself including needle inflating pump for the product marked PRO (i.e. Dynasit LIFE PRO and Dynasit COMFORT PRO). If the ordered goods for any reason do not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it within seven days of receiving it. Complaints are generally recalled by the prompt replacement of defective components. If it is not possible to reclaim the complaint immediately for any reason, the complaint is repaired, exchanged or returned within 30 calendar days. A proof of purchase or a warranty certificate with the date of sale is required to claim the claim.
